I'm having a problem with payment.
Payment refusals can happen for several reasons. Usually, an error message is self-explanatory, but for security reasons, some errors provide just a generic message like "The card was declined."
The most common reason for payment refusals are:
- card limits (daily, monthly or other form of limits)
- your card is not enabled for internet payments
In these cases you should be able to contact your bank and ask them about it.
